The initial stage of project implementation „Research and dissemination of the innovative economic and social achievements of the Gasoline Company in the Second Republic”.” was the professional archiving of a collection of materials and documents related to the activities of the „Gazolina” company - collected by the descendants of the company's co-founders scattered around the world, including those affiliated with the Gazolina Wieleżyński Association. Archiving was carried out by a team of specialists from the Institute of History of the Catholic University of Lublin. At the same time, a key part of the collection, extracted for dissemination, was digitized. Subsequently, research was carried out on the archived collection. The results of this research were presented as part of the project's covered conferences and in related publications, which are available on this site under „Download” and to read online at „Multimedia”.
Archivistically arranged and digitized documents stored in the family archive of the Gazolina Wieleżyński Association in Brwinów near Warsaw (hereinafter: Brwinów Archive) are presented below in this section: „Inventory structure”.

In the course of the cleanup work at the Brwinów Archive, a simple criterion was adopted for the selection of documentation, which was later subjected to more detailed processing. First of all, such materials were looked for, which were created as a result of the activities of Marian Wieleżyński and the companies associated with him. Analysis of the materials made it possible to separate archival units and then assign them to four series of files.
